Do you ship worldwide? No, we currently only ship to the following countries: U.S, Canada, U.K, and Australia.


Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.


How long will my order take to deliver? Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Your order should take between 10 to 25 (in some situations) business days to arrive at your doorstep. We have suppliers and shipping locations worldwide, with that in mind your order may take slightly longer to arrive than say your typical Amazon order, but we're sure you'll agree it's worth the wait! Depending on different countries' custom restrictions or procedures, this may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and also when it's out for delivery.


Will I have to pay any customs fees? We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees.


What are my payment options? We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal & Amazon Payments.


What are my delivery options? We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is Free. The best kind in our opinion!


How secure is your site? KidPlayTents.com processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider, Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.


Can I change my order? Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes to your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once your order is submitted.


Where is my order? You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


How do I track my order? You can track the shipment via the email you will receive that we will send you. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our website.


Can I return or exchange an item? Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your order. Read our Return Policy for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.


What if I received a damaged item? If you discover a defect or faulty product in your order, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
